Recreational programs
Every recreational group trains three times a week, an hour and a half per class, in small groups grouped by age and ability.
- Ages 3–5
Tiny Ribbons
A playful first introduction to movement, balance and rhythm with hoops, ribbons and lots of imagination.
- Ages 5–7
Little Stars
Foundational flexibility, coordination and the first apparatus skills, taught through games and routines.
- Ages 7–10
Rising Level
Technique takes the lead: pivots, leaps, tosses and clean apparatus handling with real choreography.
- Preteen
Preteen Program
For gymnasts ready to refine artistry and strength, with an optional path toward competitive tryouts.
- Teen
Teen Program
Elegant, athletic training for teens — whether they are brand new to the sport or returning to it.
Competitive team
Levels 3 through FIG
Our competitive program develops gymnasts from their first Level 3 routine all the way to FIG elite requirements. Athletes train with individual apparatus assignments, choreography built for their strengths, and a season plan that balances ambition with healthy progression.
