Before you register

What ages do you teach?

Recreational classes welcome ages 3 and up. The current Tuesday and Thursday schedule has groups for ages 3–5, 5–8 and 8+.

Does my child need experience?

No. Every recreational group is built for beginners, and the Teen program welcomes gymnasts who are brand new to the sport as well as those returning to it.

Do you have a competitive team?

Yes. Xcel offers girls a Bronze-through-Diamond progression with optional competition opportunities. The advanced competitive team is by coach invitation.

What does recreational gymnastics cost?

Recreational classes are $220 per month for one hour per week or $260 per month for two hours per week.

How do we get started?
